If you have lost your job, whether through dismissal, redundancy or otherwise, you will have a claim for unfair dismissal if your employer did not have legitimate grounds to terminate your employment or failed to adopt the correct procedure.

Alternatively you may have resigned because of the manner in which you have been treated by your employer or work colleagues.

If so, you have a limited time within which to commence a claim in an employment tribunal. This is usually three months, but we strongly recommend that you seek expert advice, as you may need to take certain steps before you issue your claim.
